Where are you located?
 
AniMeals is located at 1700 Rankin Street, in Missoula, MT, behind Gull Boats and RV. Coming from downtown Missoula, travel west (towards the airport) on Broadway and turn left on Charlo Street (one block past Broadway and Palmer). The end of Charlo Street will turn into Rankin Street and AniMeals will be on your right.
 
From North Reserve Street, travel east (towards downtown Missoula) on Broadway, turn right on Charlo Street (just after the Gull Boats & RV lot). The end of Charlo Street will turn into Rankin Street and AniMeals will be on your right.

When are you open?
 
AniMeals Adoption Center and Animal Food Bank is open to the public Friday through Wednesday from noon to 6pm. We are closed on Thursdays. 

AniMeals is open to volunteers and donations Friday through Wednesday from noon to 6pm. Court ordered community service participants should email volunteer@animeals.com to discuss fulfilling your hours at AniMeals. 

 

Food distribution occurs Friday through Wednesday from 2pm to 6pm. 
 
How much is it to adopt a cat / kitten? What is the adoption process?
 
Kittens are $95.00, Cats up to 11 years old are $85.00, and Senior cats age 11 years and older are $45.00. Adult Bonded Pairs are $100. Kitten Bonded Pairs (up to 1 year old) are $125. All adoptable cats / kittens are: de-wormed, up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, and micro-chipped.
 
If you are interested in adopting, we highly recommend visiting with your new potential family member a few times before adopting. Once you've made your final decision, an adoption application must be filled out and turned in to the shelter. You can fill out an adoption application at the shelter, complete it ONLINE, or download one HERE. If you download an application, you need to bring it to the shelter in person, or email it to us at volunteer@animeals.com. Once we have your application, we will begin processing it. Once approved, you can then bring your new family member home.

The online form is recommended.  No Printing, No Scanning, No Hassle. 
 
How can I give a monetary donation directly to one of your programs?
How can I specify an amount that I want to give?
 
You can mail or bring in a check with the program of your choice in the memo / note area. You can also donate anywhere you see a "Donate" button on the AniMeals website. Click any DONATE button, enter an amount, choose "continue" and then you can specify the program you want to donate to in the "description" field. You can bring in a cash donation to the shelter with a note or just let us know what program you'd like to help.
 
To donate a specific amount, simply click the "Donate"  button on our HOME page.
